-Where/How: Remote/Zoom (The meeting private link will be sent by email to participants before the recital)
-Performance Piece(s): Anything goes! Also, Memorization is not required.
-IMMT=Irreducible Minimum Musicianship Test: Scales, Cadences.(Although it's not required for pre-reading level, very beginner students may perform IMMT as an optional)
-Dress code: Related to New Years or what you wear is up to you. (it can be either a costume or virtual effects etc.)
-Dress code for video performance: Same as above. Video editing/costume are suggested.(Here's a link to free video editing app "VITA")
-Entry Fee: ¥2,000 per student and the payment will be combined with the invoice for the next month.
*All participants are included: live performers, video performers. (family members are welcome to observe and not required for entry fees)
-¥1,000 for non performers as observers.
-Please record your performance video(s) and send to me via email (Google Drive/Onedrive are suggested) with the title of the piece and the name of the composer/arranger by the due date.
Due date is the last lesson before the recital.
A late fee of ¥500 will be charged so please make sure that your performance video(s) must be submitted on time.
*If you take videos at the studio you do not need to worry about the due date.
Those performance videos will be uploaded on YouTube as NOT as public so that ONLY participants can get the video(Playlist) link later.
Note: All participants will need to record the performance video(s) in advance:
e.g.
- When the connection gets poor, I will share your video(s) with other students.
- Absentees will be changed to video performers.
- Absentees can watch all performance videos later from the playlist.
- A video contest may be held.
